About the event
Roz is opening her studio for Planet Aware September to showcase the art in mending, recycling, weaving and using natural, traditional methods of dyeing cloth. As a founding member of the Bendigo Repair Cafe Roz has been teaching people about 'upcycled mending' for the past five years. She has travelled widely to study textile techniques - in her recent work she has been working with traditonal Japanese Indigo dye. Her work is currently on display at the City of Greater Bendigo Kinetic Art installation at the Kennington Reservoir.
